Data storage

According to AU policy, research data must be stored for at least five years (research data management). You should be aware that requirements for storage may vary across journals, publishers etc.

When you have submitted/finished a paper we encourage you to create  a backup of the last data, code, and results. To store a collection of files for e.g. 5 years, please follow these instructions: Backup and achiving files

If your project involves other types of data sources than administrative registers, it may be a requirement that you report your research data to the Danish National Archives (research data management).
