Dear all,

On Monday 8 May, I met with the Local Liaison Committee members to review the savings process that has taken place over the past months, and the meeting formally marks the end of this difficult period. In connection with the section meetings on 27 April, the section heads have also initiated the process and framework for the future allocation and handling of assignments, and I am confident that a constructive dialogue about this process is taking place in the individual sections.

However, it is still a difficult time for the department and the employees affected, and I would like to thank you all for maintaining a respectful and collegial tone as we go into the summer and the following months.
