Paid parking will be introduced in the University Park
The designated AU employee parking areas will not be affected, and you can park there as usual.
However, paid parking will be introduced at several other places in the University Park from 1 November. This means that you will have to register your parking in a parking app instead of setting your parking disk. The parking spaces that were previously four-hour free parking will now be subject to parking charges.
However, you still park for free for the first 2 hours after you have registered your parking, after which an amount will be charged every hour. The hourly rate depends on the time of the day. See prices in the list below.
You can use different apps to register your parking in the payment zones – just like elsewhere in Aarhus.
